The Private Office has a portfolio of privately held group companies that focus mainly on Infrastructure Development, Energy Projects, LNG Terminal Development, Commodity & Oil Trading, Water Desalination, Water Recirculation as well as Education and Agricultural Projects.

FOCUS

 

We bring extensive experience in developing, implementing and executing fast-track power projects. We have a diversified portfolio across Energy, Oil & Gas (including LNG), Infrastructure, Agriculture and Education sectors.

Our subsidiaries are becoming prominent across the energy and LNG arena, with international presence across Middle East, Africa and South Asia we aim to increase our portfolio and size in investments made across these regions.

    ENERGY, OIL & GAS

    We currently own the largest emergency power plant installed in West Africa. The Private Office is undergoing development of over c. 2000 MW of Power Plants across many countries in Africa, Asia and other jurisdiction in the developing regions. We also deliver integrated and unbundled solutions in supplying LNG. With the help of our partnerships we carry out the business of the complete supply chain of LNG and supplying natural gas.

     

     

    INFRASTRUCTURE

    We are developing to implement large scale infrastructure Projects, through our strategic partnerships to construct, build, own, operate and maintain, roads, dams, bridges, affordable housing Projects and other areas of infrastructure developments to uplift economies in many developing countries. The Private Office is also very actively involved in the water desalination and waste water treatment projects working together with large operators to develop water sewerage and waste water treatment plants in South Asia.

     

     

    EDUCATION

    We along with our partners develop and implement state of the art, modern and international education in areas which have remote or no access to education. We can provide e-Learning solutions and can help build, construct and operate vocational training institutes, upgrade and modernize schools, provide infrastructural upgrades, customize remote environments by conducting community engagement activities, provide project management services and improve governance networks.

     

     

    AGRICULTURE

    The Private Office is helping developing economies, by designing, engineering, fabricating, modifying, constructing, financing, operating and building Farm Service Centers. The main aim of developing these FMC’s is to provide a platform to the farming community, enabling them to resolve their issues of common interest, particularly in agriculture collectively through developing linkages with for the purpose of skill enhancement.

Karachi Port Container Terminal

-          The Private Office of Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum, in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Ports, has recently established a significant partnership by entering into a 50-year Concession Agreement with Karachi Port Trust (KPT).

-          JV will manage, operate, and develop berths 6-9 at Karachi Port’s East Wharf

-          Development will include significant investment in infrastructure and superstructure over the next 10 years.

Pakistan

Green Hydrogen Pakistan

Oracle Energy’s is developing a green hydrogen project, located in Pakistan’s Singh province, a region abundant with renewable resources and existing infrastructure. The project will consist of:

-          1200 MW of green energy generation with 700 MW of solar and 500 MW of wind capacity, would be primarily used to produce green Hydrogen.

-          On-site battery storage facility of 450 MWh capacity, ensuring the continuous

-          production of Hydrogen throughout the year.

-          400 MW Hydrogen production plant, with a planned capacity of 150,000kg per day
