The Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum and His Excellency Ricardo Daniel Sandao Queiros Viegas De Abreu, Minister of Transport of Angola. The parties intend to work on rehabilitation and modernization of Luanda International Airport 4 de Fevereiro.
