Earlier in December 2019 the Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the parties where they intend to work on rehabilitation and modernization of Luanda International Airport 4 de Fevereiro.

Earlier in January 2019 the Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation in the field of electricity and supply of drinking water in Angola was signed between parties.

The Joint Development Agreement has been signed between His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum Private Office, Honourable Naheed Memon, Chairman of Oracle Power Plc and Honourable Liu Guosheng, Executive Director and General Manager of China National Coal Development Company. The parties agreed to develop Thar Coal Block VI in phases for power, gas for urea and liquid, under China–Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). In accordance with financial viability this development will serve to cater to Energy and Food Security of The Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum met with His Excellency António Francisco de Assis, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry of Angola to discuss the next steps of Tractor Assembly Plant Project in Luanda-Bengo Special Economic Zone.
